Most meeting transcription tools give you one language: whatever the meeting was recorded in. That's fine until the person reviewing the notes doesn't think in that language — which, for a lot of teams, is more often than not.
Transcription isn't the hard part anymore
Turning audio into text is a solved problem. The harder problem is making that text actually useful to the person reading it afterward. A perfect English transcript doesn't help much if you'd rather ask questions about it in Urdu, Spanish, or whatever language you're fastest in.
Ask in your language, get answers in your language
Meeting Notes Bot doesn't lock you into the meeting's original language. Ask "what did we decide about the budget?" in English or "بجٹ کے بارے میں کیا فیصلہ ہوا؟" in Urdu — either way, you get an answer in the language you asked in, pulled directly from the transcript.
Why this matters more than it sounds
A meeting summary that only one person on the team can easily use isn't really a shared resource — it's a translation problem waiting to happen. Letting everyone interact with the same transcript in their own language means the notes actually get used, instead of sitting in an inbox until someone has time to translate them.
